Hello! This week's menu has a few meals that we didn't have last week. The Buffalo Chicken Pizza was tasty and well received. Here's this week's menu:

Tuesday~Crock Pot Rotisserie Chicken, Creamy Ranch Pasta Salad, Fruit
Wednesday~Pork Medallions with Lemon Sauce, Rice Pilaf, Sugar Snap Peas
Thursday~Dinner out with Friends
Friday~Pizza and Wings
Saturday~Grilled Steak, Baked Potatoes and Tossed Salad

Very nice menu! Do you marinate your steaks??? Let me know, we havea locally made dry spice rub that we like to use, but I'm always looking for "new & different!" Thanks for sharing your menu!
I do marinate my steaks, depending on the cut of steak. I use a local blend too, as well as the recipe on the back of the montreal steak seasoning bottle. Since we try to cut back on salt as often as possible, I've been using the Mrs. Dash steak seasoning on steaks lately.
Your menu looks yummy. I'm just getting around to making a ham today...
