Flower Cupcakes

While searching for a cake idea for a friend's birthday, I came across these cupcakes at Betty Crocker.com The flowers are made from marshmallows, snipped into petals using kitchen shears, then dipped in colored sugars. I used pastel m&m's for the centers, but the original recipe suggested a candle in the center. These cupcakes will travel, so I chose the candies instead. I hope she loves them!
