As a birthday gift for a reader in my life, I created a Gift of Reading Basket. Inside the basket were gourmet cookies, white tea, personalized book plates, a bookmark, a journal and a gift card to Barnes and Noble Booksellers. I repackaged the cookies and tea into clear plastic bags and tied them with happy birthday ribbon.
I'm shopping for my next basket gift now. Our niece is heading to college next month, so I'm making her a bucket filled with snacks/drinks/goodies for her room. I'll post photos when I'm done.
