Today I hosted a birthday luncheon for our friend, Kathy. There were 4 of us and we had a menu of BBQ Chicken Salad (recipe below), Rolls and cinnamon rolls(thanks, Georgenne!), and Angel Lush for dessert.(thanks Karin!)
