We failed to follow last week's menu very closely, so there will be some carry overs from it on this week's menu.
Sunday~God-daughter's Birthday~We had dinner with her, her parents and siblings today. Happy 10th Birthday Crystal!
Monday~Stuffed Peppers Casserole and Rolls
Tuesday~ Tangy Italian Chicken and Penne Pasta (new, will post), Tossed Salad, Garlic Bread
Wednesday~Pot Roast with Potatoes, Carrots and Celery
Thursday~Veal Cutlets, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy
Friday~Super Sloppy Joes, Macaroni and Cheese, Baked Beans
Saturday~Take Out~ I'm going to see Wicked with a friend for the day!

Hi Lisa!
This menu looks great. I especially want to try the stuffed peppers casserole, since stuffed peppers is something I've always wanted to try, but the actual stuffing part just seems too fussy, and I never do try it. This will be a great combination of the same flavors without the fuss!
And thanks for the note on my scrapbook. If I can ever figure out how, I will share some of the pages on the blog. It did take a while, but it was worth it!
