I saw this cute memo pad holder at Domesticated Lady and just had to make one for dd's teacher. Tuesday is Teacher Appreciation Day and I wanted to get her something useful. I thought this met that criteria. You can download the printables on Domesticated Lady's site. In addition you'll need a 3x3 post-it note pad, a 5x7 acrylic photo frame, ribbon and mini clothespins. I bought all the materials at Wal-mart and Dollar General.

I love the variation you did on this project. I made some 2 years ago for gifts, but didn't have a little tag attached. Great job!
