Tonight for dinner, we'll be having Country Fried Steak, Mashed Potatoes with White Gravy and Creamy Green Bean Bake. I'm going to share my Creamy Green Bean Bake recipe today.
Creamy Green Bean Bake
1-16 oz. can of green beans (any cut) or 9 ounces frozen beans, cooked
1 can of low fat cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup low fat dairy sour cream or plain yogurt
1 or 2 dashes of hot pepper sauce
1/3 cup of french-fried onions (optional)
Drain green beans. In a 1 quart casserole, combine soup, sour cream and hot sauce. Stir in beans. Bake at 350 degrees 20 to 25 minutes or till bubbly. Sprinkle with onions and bake 5 minutes more. Serves 4. Enjoy!
I usually leave out the french fried onions. I have topped it with shredded cheese. It's yummy!
Have a day full of blessings!

Looks yummy! Can I come over for dinner, LOL!?
We joined Costco this week, and as a free gift for joining they gave me the most fabulous cookbook. I can't wait to try some recipes out of it, and I'll share any that come out well!
Happy weekend!
That's just the thing I'm looking for...bringing another bit of America to New Zealand! thanks for the reminder!
