Here are the recipes for the appetizers I made:
Make Ahead Snowman Cheeseball

3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (16 ounces)
2 tablespoons basil pesto
1 tablespoon grated onion
1/4 teaspoon yellow mustard
2 drops red pepper sauce
1 container (4 ounces) whipped cream cheese, softened

Mix 3 packages cream cheese and the Cheddar cheese; divide into 3 equal parts. Combine 2 parts to equal two-thirds of mixture; mix in pesto. Mix onion, mustard and pepper sauce into remaining one-third mixture.

Cover each cheese mixture and refrigerate about 4 hours or until firm enough to shape. Shape each cheese mixture into ball. Wrap each ball, label and freeze.

About 12 hours before serving, remove balls from freezer. Thaw in wrappers in refrigerator.

Arrange balls on serving plate with smaller ball on top for head of snowman. Frost snowman with whipped cream cheese before serving. Decorate as desired. Serve with crackers. Store covered in refrigerator.

Bacon Wrapped Brown Sugar Smokies

1 lb bacon

brown sugar

1 (16 ounce) package Little Smokies sausage

toothpicks

Cut strips in bacon into 1/3's.
Wrap 1/3 cut bacon strips around each lil' smokie and secure with a toothpick.
Place one layer of bacon wrapped smokies in bottom of crockpot.
Cover completely with brown sugar.
Repeat with layer of bacon wrapped smokies.
Repeat layering until you finish w/a layer of brown sugar.
Cook in crock pot approximately 3-4 hours.

Frosty Punch

2-2L of Ginger Ale

1 quart of Pineapple Sherbert

Place frozen sherbert into punch bowl. Pour Ginger Ale over the sherbert. Break up sherbert with spoon. Serve.

Vegetable Pizza

2 (8 ounce) cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (1 ounce) package dry ranch dressing mix

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup finely chopped green pepper

1cup finely chopped cucumber

1/2 cup shredded carrots

Place the unrolled crescent dough onto a pizza pan.
Spread the dough out with your hands until it covers the pan.
Bake about 8 minutes at 375°F until lightly browned.
While its baking, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise and Ranch dressing; mix well.
Remove the crust from the oven and let it cool slightly.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust, then top with the chopped vegetables and cheese.
Cut into wedges and serve.
