Movie Day~Cars 2

The family went to see Cars 2 yesterday. We all enjoyed it. I wanted to get a pic of ds with the poster, but he is "too cool" for that. LOL I think the movie is great for kids and has a nice theme of friendship. It's definitely a MATER movie, but who doesn't love MATER?

Despicable Me

The kids and I went to see Despicable Me today. Here's a synopsis of the movie:

In a happy suburban neighborhood surrounded by white picket fences with flowering rose bushes, sits a black house with a dead lawn. Unbeknownst to the neighbors, hidden beneath this home is a vast secret hideout. Surrounded by a small army of minions, we discover Gru, planning the biggest heist in the history of the world. He is going to steal the moon! Gru delights in all things wicked; he vanquishes all who stand in his way. Until the day he encounters the immense will of three little orphaned girls who look at him and see something that no one else has ever seen: a potential Dad.

We all give this movie 2 thumbs up! It was funny and sweet!

Going to the Movies....

The kids and I went to see G-Force today. It was a cute movie with great music! Can't go wrong with the Black Eyed Peas!

DD is settled in and waiting for the movie to begin.
