Welcome to another Menu Plan Monday, hosted by Laura at I'm An Organizing Junkie.
This week will be a busy one...the contractor/builder has finally appeared to look into our ice problem. It's been never ending with these freezing temps for the last two months. My mother has knee replacement surgery on Wednesday. My father-in-law was diagnosed with cancer and is having surgery to remove the tumor on Friday. We also have the usual hockey, church and dance activities this week. Please keep us in your prayers!
Here's our menu plan for the week:
Sunday~ Chicken Parmesan, Spaghetti and Salad (DS's new favorite food!)
Monday~Taco Salads
Tuesday~Cheese Kielbassi on a Bun, Macaroni and Cheese, Baked Beans
Wednesday~Cheeseburgers and Oven Fries
Thursday~Dance and Hockey~dinner out
Friday~Pizza and Wings
Saturday~Pigs in the Blanket
