We had a spook-tacular Halloween, despite my fight with a stomach bug. We visited the grandparents' houses for trick or treat, ate Mummy Face Pizzas for dinner and then ate Monster Foot cookies for dessert! I had hoped to make some Halloween S'mores using some huge pumpkin marshmallows, but the family filled up on treats instead!

Welcome!

We had another busy weekend. On Saturday we traveled to ds's hockey game and had the chance to eat at Quaker Steak and Lube. They have the best wings and more flavors than you can imagine. If you are in PA, NY or OH, I highly recommend that you visit!

Here's the menu plan for this week:

Sunday~ Spaghetti, Veal Parmesan and Salad

Monday~Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff over Noodles, Green Beans

Tuesday~Chicken Soft Tacos, Mexican Rice, Corn

Wednesday~I'm going out to dinner with friends. The kids and dh will probably have hot dogs and macaroni and cheese.

Thursday~Subs and Chips

Friday~Happy Halloween! We'll have Jack-o-Lantern Pizza, Bat Wings and Goblin's Salad before heading out for trick-or-treat

Saturday~Kielbassi and Sauerkraut in the Slow Cooker with Mashed Potatoes
